As your wedding planners, we provide professional wedding planning services that will help fulfill a variety of needs. Depending on your wishes and in accordance with your budget, we can provide several levels of service. Although we are based in the greater Kansas City area, our planning is limitless and we can help you no matter the location.
Final Touches
$850.00*Starting Price
This package is designed for those who have successfully planned everything on their own, but need our assistance to handle the day’s affairs. During the last month or so before your event, we will coordinate all of the final details with vendors and facilitate any rehearsals that may be needed prior to the occasion. We will also be on hand to aid in any necessary set up to make sure that what you have asked for comes to fruition.
Preparation&Design
$1150.00*Starting Price
This package is designed for individuals who need more assistance than just being there for the coordination of the day. We would be utilized in the final planning with vendors, facility set up and the event design to help create the look and feel of your event. We will also be on hand to help with the decor and design of your vision to create your lifetime memories.
Signature Standard
$1550.00*Starting Price
This package is designed to be our business standard. This provides the services that are most traditionally needed by people planning events. This service provides more “hands on” services that will help you get started after you have your date and budget in mind. We will help you from the financial planning to what invitations you may want to get. We will base what you may need off of what is considered to be the standard format for planning your event and then further decide what your needs may actually be.
Platinum Experience
$2250.00*Starting Price
This package is designed for those individuals who desire or need complete assistance for all major elements of the event. Clients will be the final decision markers and provide feedback on what they want, but will leave most of the planning elements to the Event Consultants. We will help create the ultimate vision and incorporate all of the essentials you would want as a part of your day. This package is a combination of all the other packages and will include some other special services that may be desired.
* All listed prices are the starting price for each package. Final pricing is given with the proposal after initial consultation meeting. All pricing is unique and is dependent upon requested services and the size of the event.
